Make It: The Manhattan
2 Ounces of Rye
1 Ounce of Sweet Vermouth
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Cherry for Garnish
Add all ingredients to a chilled mixing glass. Add cracked ice and stir for 25-30 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with cherry and serve with a hearty NYC grin.
