Make It: The Gingerine Margarita


1 1/2 Ounces of Blanco Tequila

2 Slices of Tangerine

4 Slices of Fresh Ginger

1 Ounce of Simple Syrup

1 Ounce of Fresh Lime Juice

2 Ounces of Pomegranate Juice

Pomegranate Seeds for Garnish

Regular Ice

How to Mix

Place the ginger in a cocktail shaker and crush it with your muddler. Add the tangerine slices and muddle them together with the crushed ginger. Top that mixture with your ice. Measure and add the tequila, simple syrup, lime juice and pomegranate juice. Cover and shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a glass. Garnish with a small amount of pomegranate seeds, and serve to applause.
